Newsletter subscribers

Email address, first name (optional), and signup source. When you subscribe, we also store your IP address, user agent, and a timestamp as proof of consent (double opt-in). This data is stored in our database hosted on Supabase (EU region).

Website visitors

We use Vercel Analytics which collects anonymized page view data. No cookies are set for analytics.

Tools & calculators

When you use our tools (e.g. GPA converter), we may process the data you enter to provide results. This data is processed in your browser and is not stored on our servers unless you opt to receive results by email, in which case it is stored alongside your newsletter subscription.

  • Vercel (hosting & analytics) — USA. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Resend (email delivery) — USA. Transfer is based on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR.

9. Data Retention

Newsletter data is retained until you unsubscribe. After unsubscription, your email is kept in anonymized form for compliance for up to 12 months, then permanently deleted. Consent proof data (IP address, user agent, timestamp) is retained for up to 36 months to demonstrate lawful consent if required.
